INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is a warm, collaborative space designed just for you where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. We typically meet once a week for a 50-minute session, creating a consistent, supportive rhythm for reflection and growth. Together, we’ll gently uncover patterns, make sense of your thoughts and emotions, and identify what you need to feel more balanced and supported.
WALK & TALK THERAPY
Walk & Talk therapy offers a refreshing alternative to traditional in-office sessions by meeting outdoors and walking side by side. This approach can feel more relaxed and natural, making it easier to open up while benefiting from movement and fresh air. We typically meet weekly for a 50-minute session, setting a comfortable pace that works for you. As we walk, we’ll explore what’s on your mind, build insight and coping tools, and support meaningful change—all in a grounded, calming environment.
COUPLES & FAMILY THERAPY
Couples and family therapy offers a supportive space to improve communication, navigate challenges, and strengthen connection. We typically meet weekly for 50-minute sessions, creating a consistent time to slow down and be heard. Together, we’ll build understanding, deepen empathy, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.

INSURANCE
I am in-network with CIGNA & AETNA insurance only.
If you have PPO coverage with a different insurer and would like to use your out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a super bill (upon request) for each session that you paid out of pocket for.
The super bill is a document that contains all of the required information needed by your insurer to consider a reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
*Reimbursements from your insurance plan is solely between you and your insurer. I am not involved in this process other than providing the necessary documentation to submit.

You want to feel better and are willing to do the work to get there, but without using your insurance to cover some or all of your care, you don't think you can afford it. Village Wellness Center understands that therapy is an investment that many find difficult to afford and wants to help.
