IT ALL BEGINS WITH A HELLO...
Congratulations! You've decided to start therapy and have made your way to us. We are so excited you're here! But, now you have to share what's brought you here and you aren't quite sure how to do that. Take a breath...we've got you!
All you need to do is schedule a call, pick up the phone, and say hello...
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM OUR CALL?
We will make this as easy as possible for you. The person you scheduled with will call you on your appointment day and ask a few easy questions to learn more about you. Afterwards, you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If it feels like a good fit and you're ready to start, you'll explore availability and schedule your first appointment. That's it. Easy Peasy!
DO I NEED TO PICK A THERAPIST FIRST?
While some clients find their way to us through specific therapist referrals or directories, not everyone does...and that's completely OK!
If you aren't sure who you would like to work with, the Client Concierge will make suggestions on who they think would be a great fit based on your conversation.
If you would like to learn more about our therapists at Village, you can click the link below to read their bios. If someone stands out to you, just let your Client Concierge know and they'll do everything they can to make that happen.

We don't take your trust in us lightly and we want you to know that you are not alone. We will walk with you on your journey towards wellness. Sometimes in front of you to show you the way. Sometimes behind you to root you on or catch your fall. But most times, right beside you as you walk your own path.
